In-stock items are prepared as quickly as possible. Special-order and supplier-direct items may require additional processing time.
Returns
Eligible unused items may be returned within the applicable return period, subject to product condition, packaging and supplier/manufacturer restrictions.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact High Timber promptly with photos and order details so we can help resolve it.
